Caprea is a partnership set up in October 2009 and commenced trading by arranging secure loans on property / real estate for private clients (individuals, property developers and small businesses) in a broking capacity. The source of the lending funds was private capital and lending institutions.


As the business was sourcing lending on real estate, over time Caprea developed, additionally, into sourcing buyers for such property as an alternative to lending. Over the last few years Caprea has built up a substantial list of clients who are actively seeking property opportunities that can act as buyers for clients who are seeking to raise funds from their property assets.


A natural progression from this has been to look at deals that extend beyond just property / real estate and to this extent Caprea has acted as a broker in a number of these transactions. Caprea now has access to a large source of deal opportunities and to potential investors in these opportunities / deals.


Caprea acts as an introducer and coordinator for a significant number of transactions seeking a discreet and secure private or corporate audience. The principal revenue streams are generated from success fees which are payable on the closing value of a transaction. The flow of private deals and private / corporate capital comes from the connections built up by the principals over the many years of their careers and experience in private wealth, technology, property, strategy and finance.


More recently Caprea has identified a niche to work on the same basis but with much larger value transactions effectively matching private deals to private and corporate capital and specialises in confidential and off market transactions.
